Did you know Luxembourg trams have a history stretching back almost 150 years, not just the 7 years of the current system?

On this tour, we’ll discover how trams first appeared in Luxembourg, their Golden Age, and their destruction and eventual rebuilding. We’ll also find out how the tram system fared during World War II and see unique artifacts like tickets and uniforms of transportation servicemen. Finally, you can see (and maybe touch) real tram carriages from the first half of the 20th century.
