- The participant expressly agrees that any photos of people or the surrounding area taken during his/her participation in the “GUIDE FOR ONE DAY” project may be used by the Directorate General for Tourism and by any institution and organisation linked to the organiser (Luxembourg for Tourism, Regional Tourist Offices, the Luxembourg City Tourist Office) for promotional purposes, on brochures, posters, press releases, websites, social networks, etc.) without any compensation to the participant. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. The personal data collected in the framework of this project are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR) and in accordance with the right to image. Under the GDPR your rights are the right to information, the right of access, the right of rectification, the right of erasure, the right of objection and the right of restriction. You have the possibility to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Officer of the Ministry for Tourism (dpo@eco.etat.lu) or to the National Commission for Data Protection, Complaints Department, 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
